Misericórdia Museum in Porto (MMIPO): opening hours, ticket and what you see
The Museu da Misericórdia do Porto (MMIPO) occupies the house of the Misericórdia brotherhood on Rua das Flores, in the historic centre. It brings together the Misericórdia church, the benefactors' gallery and art collections, including the Flemish painting Fons Vitae (early 16th century). The full price quoted by one guide is 5 EUR (2.50 EUR students and over-65s, free up to age 6, and a combined ticket with the Clérigos Tower and the Stock Exchange Palace at 11 EUR); sources disagree on opening hours (about 10:00 to 17:30 or 18:30 depending on season) and on the street number. Check the museum's website (October 2026).

Tips
- Allow 1 hour to 1.5 hours; it is a good rainy-day plan, to combine with Rua das Flores: see Rua das Flores and the Stock Exchange Palace. Guided visits cost 1 EUR extra according to one guide. Tiqets sells the entry online, often dearer than the ticket office (about 10-11 USD with fees): the ticket office is cheaper, booking only saves waiting.
How to get there
On foot from São Bento station or the Stock Exchange (5 to 10 minutes), walking up Rua das Flores.
