Where to stay

  • Boavista / Foz: close to the park, with the Boavista roundabout and the seafront; see Boavista and Foz hotels.
  • Matosinhos: beach, fish restaurants and a metro to the park; see Matosinhos hotels.
  • Baixa / Aliados: the historic centre, more life in the evening and a metro or bus ride; see Baixa hotels.

Getting to the festival and back

  • Metro: line A (blue) is the most cited, Matosinhos Sul station, on foot from the park; the line was reinforced during the festival in previous editions.
  • STCP buses: lines 500 and 502 stop at the entrance (Praça Cidade Salvador) according to a 2027 guide; the 205 links Campanhã to the park and ran at night according to a 2023 report. Check the 2027 times on stcp.pt and metrodoporto.pt.
  • Return: allow a margin; the taxi queue is long and ride-hail prices rise. See Porto transport.
